Teams & Organizations

Organizations let teams share device access together. Members of the same workspace can all reach the devices shared in it, useful for teams where multiple people need AI access to the same machine.

Inviting team members

From your organization page, go to Members - Invite and enter a colleague's email address. They'll receive an invite link and join your workspace automatically.

Workspaces

Each organization can have multiple workspaces. Workspaces are independent - members and device access are managed separately per workspace. Use workspaces to separate projects or teams.

Roles

Roles are scoped. An organization role does not grant workspace access, and a workspace role does not grant organization access.

Devices

Devices are approved per organization under Organization -> Devices. Approving a device adds it to every workspace you belong to in that organization, so approve only devices you intend to share that widely.

An organization owner or manager can sign a device out from the same page. It disconnects within seconds, and someone at that machine has to run signin again to reconnect. Disabling a device outright is a stronger action and is not available in the organization view - ask a DeviceLink system administrator.
